I need to find an old CJ2 Jeep left over in Vietnam. I think I would be pretty cool to have there. I know they're around. Will start checking soon...:thumbsup:

The Jeep is only a couple hours over the border into Oklahoma from our farm in Arkansas. It is already set up as a spray buggy which is exactly what I want to do with it, for pastures and road weed control. They want stupid money these days for a good side by side. Wish we had kept ours! And to be honest the side by sides of today and the CJ2 are essentially the same size.

Exactly, Jodi runs a property management company on the side and it amazes me how little value most realtors bring in todays property landscape. To your point the typical (not all) realtor lets the client do the work and then skims a commission for nothing but getting you on the MLS data base. Just my opinion but I think realtors are going the way of the travel agent and photo hut.

Most houses today sell within hours of their listing and often for thousands more than the asking price. Do what you got to do. Good luck.
 
I’m still no good at estimating wood piles, but pretty sure this is way more than a cord. They had left early again on Wednesday without finishing as it was going to rain. Just really dragging along for what was projected to be a couple hours actual work. Seemed the splitting went fast, but he got bogged down with cutting. So yesterday he wasn't coming till afternoon... I took my chainsaw out in the morning and cut up/cleaned up everything that was left. So all they had to do was split it and roll. He is a legit business and fully insured, but I kinda wanted him out of here before he hurt himself or something...

I’ll find the pictures. In 2008, my base got hit with an F3 that grew into an F4 as it crossed. The Ranges all had connexes as storm shelters, they were anchored at each corner and buried on 3 sides but the roofs were exposed. It ripped them right out . Thankfully no one was in them. I always figured if they’d just buried the roofs that they’d been fine, but they said the roofs couldn’t support the weight of the dirt

Looks more than 1 cord to me if you're counting the stacked in the back of the pic. Splitting and cutting is on my list for the day, daughter is having a birthday party, I'm on tap for stringing the party lights and the firewood.

I've seen those, pretty cool. While working this week a tower climbing owner showed me a video of his new toy, a Sherp. That's one crazy vehicle there, 72 inch tires, Ukraine made, land, ice, water, snow etc.

I always found that piles become disappointing when you start stacking it tightly. Good amount nonetheless.

Oh yeah... you can fill the wheels with fuel and it uses like a single wrench to repair everything? I think they got super popular and the prices spiked

Just the pile. The stack is about 2/3cord by itself. There is definitely a good bit more in the pile than already stacked. Pile is roughly 12x15x4ft high...

We did the same and then did it again while it was still boxed and, on the floor, as we unpacked at the new place.
