Stop in for a cup of coffee

I am doing the rain dance today. I have beer to brew and laundry to do all in the same area of the basement. LOL

So a while ago Jack from CJMP calls me he has a friend with a bunch of dual point rotors and tells me about it. OK give him my number. Get a call last night. I might have the worlds last hoard of NORS dual point rotors known! Man you never know what I will find. Like in that tub of distributor cores found a 71 340 electric one a member has been looking for for two years! Called him he almost fell over I have it!

Sounds like a full schedule. Especially the afternoon part. Anything you want to do or nothing if you choose.
Probably watch football or golf and grill steaks later this afternoon.
Been a very busy week for us so just enjoying the day. We both play in a golf tournament tomorrow.

Today I have to extract some 1/2 buried barb wire that I managed to find with brush hog yesterday from a fence abandoned long ago. I also revealed a small spring in some shelf rock that I exposed making a small basin for a water shed. I think I am going to go out there today and drill it with a masonry bit and I think I have a fairly good shot at creating a small artesian well for critters. Our well is right at 140 ft running at just over 100 gallons a minute and it is up on high ground. The shelf rock is quite a bit below. This was the first time I have got to mow it as it is typically a bog. Now I know why! Our water is yummy. Then hook up trailer, run to storage building and prepare for fetching yet another load from Fargo on Sunday morning. Our boy and a buddy are camping up on top of our mountain last night and scouting all day today. Happy Sunday

Dam nice. I would didg a small "pond" area for it to collect in.

I have the same situation....I put a 1000 gallon tank and that is where I get my water. 300 yards from the house but it was cheaper than a well.

That is what I did yesterday, I will take a pix when I get out there. I am moving a bit slow this morning after being tossed like a rag doll on tractor the last few days. I found a million large rocks, logs and fence posts, the rag weed was taller than the cowl on my tractor. I am not on flat ground so it was super spooky. The land has laid feral for fifty plus years. I was worried about rolling the tractor every day. I had the seat belt on so tight I thought it would squish my pistol out of the holster!

Caught up...

Have a safe drive @Mopar Tim

@halifaxhops , I don't think there's much you don't have

Sounds like a nice Saturday afternoon plan out there in Kansas @ZMan67S.

@Sublime one ... I know you're having fun with those grown-up Tonka Toys. The spring sounds like a cool find.

Just make sure you don't end up washing clothes in the beer there @toolmanmike

@krazykuda hope there's a bit of improvement

Good morning to everyone else as well. I think yesterday's down day of ice and laying flat helped. May upgrade myself to light-duty today. :thumbsup:

Kay stopped by at 03:00 in her tropical depression. She cried for about 15 minutes and left, the ground is already dried out so she wasn't that depressed :lol:

What he said...
Changed out a bunch of 8ft fluorescent tubes and a ballast last night -all ladder work. Was fine doing it, but woke to a screaming hip and sore shoulder. A little better now that I got things moving. Need to 'pre-inspect' the Journey today. Hopefully brakes are good...
