When you moving to OK?

Already there. Had 3 weeks to get this home put together. Previous owner redid the house (sheetrock, floors, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, ETC). But he left a bunch undone. Had to insulate both attic and floor. I HATE insulation. And plumbing (had to re-route a bunch of pex tubing).


Leave for Mexico on Tuesday. Gonna stay there til spring.

I have 2 finch socks with thistle seed and have only had a few House Finches this year. Last year there were 3 or 4 varieties.

Those are good.
I think I have a thistle feeder in the garage but I prefer the planted bird feeding approach. I did not know the finches would like the tall black eyed susans like they do - was an unexpected bonus.

Cool, drizzly. Off to a car show,2 hour drive. Bringing my pop up shelter, 10x10 in case it rains. Sitting under shelter in drizzle seems to attract guests,usually good conversation.
