Can you imagine that truck at Mopars In the Park or Carlisle With this group? First would be the coin toss to see who gets to drive, then the course is laid out, then the small brawl to decide who gets to ride on the stools. TMM pours two equal glasses of Orange Shandy, the whistle blows and the race is on, objective being not spill the contents and don’t fall off as the driver careens around the show field. The rest of the FABO crew shouting encouragement and heckling the stools! Next thing ya know we got a bracket up in the FABO tent outlining standings and participants! O the carnage!
LOL need Circus music for it!

Like this movie ending, all of us cripples in a race to the death... Dukeboy's wiring 'genious' providing all of the explosions and fire...

One of the Superintendents for a local contractor was building a new house for himself and family. I sold his outfit a lotta concrete.
His wife comes up with the idea of making part of their concrete purple :wtf: That's not a color I have available :)
She insists the Concrete be colored. Can't be floor paint has to be concrete dye! I call my color supplier :BangHead: "We don't do that here. What is on the chart is what we supply. You might try combining the Barn Red and the Cobalt Blue, but we make no guarantees and will not be held liable. You didn't hear that suggestion from me."
Concrete color is a funny thing. So many little differences in the base mix can change the color load to load because the dye content is based on the cement content of the load of concrete. My supervisors eventually caved to his pressure about the color and the ramifications if the spousal unit was not pleased  I made Purple concrete, luckily just one load  "She loves it!" was the phone call I get the following day. Sales manager says "Beer's on me." and throws me some cash

Inspecting the propeller shaft... The ball and trunnion boot is damaged/missing a portion so I suppose "WHILE IM HERE I MIGHT AS WELL" service the ball and trunnion. NOT going to remove the pin, everything I read is that the tolerance on that is very tight.... figure boot, replacement, bearings replaced, lube and new seal plate.

Any recommended sources?

Classic Industries has a Service Package Product # MABC368 for $189...
eBay Vintage MOPAR Direct and others $165
Andy Bernbaum Auto shows one for $90 but it only lists 1933 - 56 Plymouth

Was the color like a sprinkled on application just before the stamps went down? That aged look really turned out well.
Three part process, once concrete was down and setting a bit dry dye was thrown on very heavily like sand almost, that absorbed for a hour or so to where surface was firm enough to walk on then another round of dye applied so that stamps do not stick, then the stamp was tamped down quite aggressively. Took quite some time actually. Once done they left the loose solids on for a couple of days then leaf blew it off then did edges. Let that sit for a few days then pressure washed. Once that was completely dry they applied a wet sealer that enhanced the dark portions and sealed the color in. I wanted it to look like rustic reclaimed barn wood deck. We really like it.

Np saw it today , thought I'd pass it on . Price is not to bad , you said you only needed the rubber.

Doing more research ( Danger... Danger)

I think I should replace the bearings while I'm in there. I'm not going to remove the pin but just new ball/needle bearings.

Looks good John. Had a patio done on a house like that. Textured and colored to look like flagstone.
