Stop in for a cup of coffee

Can't remember the number, but I've heard of only one weak block. 230 comes to mind but not sure.
The 230 block is the good 400 cubic inch big block Mopar engine. It has the thicker walls and better crankcase support. I have one at home I'm going to make a stroker motor for for my '65 belvedere

All I know is this, I’m dreading tearing this ***** down. But for sentimental reasons, this one stings a bit. Especially being that it’s always been well taken care of. And only 178,000 miles on a Cummins.

I’ve lifted heads off the block before on my other truck sled pulling, but that’s with 80 pounds of boost or more. This one has never seen more than 35-40.

If you need a replacement engine or part, look here:

Almost noon hour here on the hill, hope everyone has a good one today.

Wife and I are cooking goodies for our neybor, he lost his wife two years ago, and his son on crutches lives at home with him, so sweets, sausage balls and a platter of Mexican chicken they enjoyed last Christmas.
Everyone keep your hart happy.

That's great of you two to do that for them...

Hmmm interesting. I’m gonna go out and sniff the radiator, surely that would be detectable

Put your lips on the exhaust pipe and blow to see if there are any leaks in the exhaust system/valves...

Be sure to post a picture of you blowing in the exhaust pipe... :D

Good evening/early morning to you night stalkers

Awoke at 1:00 am. :wtf:.. some mint tea and a little reading then hopefully back to sleep.

Woke up and came in back to check my computer...

I'm going to go back to sleep soon also...

Maybe have a little snack before I go back to sleep...

I needed an important document for the embassy interview on Thursday the 22nd. I got my son to find it in my house and mail it to me. The post office in America told him it would take 3 to 5 days for me to get it here in Vietnam. He sent it out on the 5th of December. I just got it at 2:00 p.m. today Vietnam time Tuesday the 20th. That's cutting it pretty close.

Never believe the post office...

Night/Morning, woke up and I hope getting back on here will help me fall back to sleep.

And now, for something very special. I made some Hu Tieu for dinner. But I doctored it up. I cooked up another Australian Angus beef burger, cut it up and put it in here, with some bacon that I had previously fried. Some nice new spring onions. It's really good. I think I'm onto something.LOL. KKKKKKK

Imagine Marilyn there pointing with the middle finger all the time and just the NYese in general!

Good morning everyone. Cold. Truck doesn't start. The block heater cable wasn't the issue. Still trips the breaker. Tried a different outlet and same. Block heater element? And I can't get it started. I don't think the car cranks out enough amps to bring it back. Jump pack won't either. Below zero temps aren't helping over next several days.
