Stop in for a cup of coffee

We go to a local place and they make their own. Like $8 a quart but it is really good!!

My New Year's resolution is to eat healthier..

How am I doing so far?

One of the granbrats texxed me yesterday and convinced me to make a trip to Phx this week. That would have been great if my old acquaintance Chris hadn't moved his Wild West Shootout dirt racing to the New Mexico/Texas border  But ya know the locals want the arid desert to remain that way so they closed Arizona Speedway in San Tan Valley just east of Phx :BangHead: From many years experience creosote ain't that pretty and tumble weeds aren't that much fun. A nice race track filled that void very well.

I like the bacon crispy... but yeah... the eggs were overdone. I got distracted
It's all good. Sunny side up with whole wheat toast is a favorite but over hard or scrambled is OK in my book as well. Never had poached. I like gard boiled and especially deviled eggs.

I thought they just wanted to build golf course communities to preserve the desert?

It's all fun and games until you use up all the water.
Did ya ever see the movie Erin Brocovich? I went to elementary school about 10 miles from the source of that incident and lived downstream of it for 20sumthin years. The Mojave is a funny place, looks dry on top, but underneath the water table is pretty expansive.

We had leftover steak cubed, then I added some onions, and then some leftover taters. Once it got crunchy I added the eggs on top. Clearly healthy at our house. And of course fried it in bacon grease. Doesn’t everyone have a cup of bacon grease next to the stove?

I have seen the movie. Yes.

I lived on the lower Colorado for a couple of years. Just off the Mesa. My well was only about 35 feet deep

bET THE ANNODE IS GONE AND IT IS USING THE ELEMENTS AS THE ANNODES.
To be honest, probably. But until now, I didn’t know about the anode. So im guessing it’s under these two plugs and under the insulation?
