Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well our first night with new pup is officially over. Everyone is still alive (barely) Hemi is now glued to my side as we are trying to get the pup to bond with Jodi.
Might need a trip to the vet for shots?? Might be able to give her something preventive for all those ticks she had??

She ran Hemi into the ground yesterday. Hemi is very stiff and sore today. Her back end went out from under her on several occasions trying to keep up. She still has the heart just not the wheels. It breaks my heart.

She'll help her get the pack social skills down I'm sure.

She is going to the vet in the morning. She is wormy plus who knows what else. I am guessing she was a Xmas present that went wrong. Folks think they want one of these pups and have no idea the difference between them and a everyday hound.

I have been using next guard on Harley in the land of tics and fleas. I like it alot, much better than the topical ones that you put on her ski. In the summer she is usually in the pond if not by me and that is not good with topicals.

So we found a stray hound on the farm, Jodi said no way when I suggested we adopt it. Look at her now! Hah! Looks to be a Shepard Mal cross. Tick infested rack of bones, maybe thirty pounds and six months old? and I think it has been abused and abandoned. It cowers non stop waiting to be hit. We have given her a bath and picked a million ticks off her. Then fed her. She was ravenous. Now Jodi is throwing out names we can call her. I suggested Poly! She said no way! Hah!

I am to late on naming, Jodi is now calling her Grace or Gracie as she feels she is a gift of Gods grace and an answer to our dilemma of when to get a new pup as Hemi ages.
People names can sometimes lead to amusing situations....
I made sure to pick a place name. Chelsea.
Yea. I know.
Brain fart.
Oh well.
It was too late then.

Yessir.
Very important to understand the breed.

Bring those grand kids in and run her and see who wins at the end of the day.
Either way they'll wear themselves out and it's a win win for you guys!!

You can’t hardly build a car or truck for 30k anymore. At least not one that is returned to some semblance of original. This hobby is expensive period. Even a rattle can hot rod is not cheap.
Yep I stopped adding mine up… at one point though thanks to part flipping, I actually wasn’t in it that badly… now, ouch I shutter. I’m probably still 2-3 grand away from complete. Mostly interior parts left to buy

Doesn't help that the same part on a Chebby is half the price...IF you can find it

I was going to haul the car and show it at Carlisle this summer. I'm thinking now load the trailer with all my spare parts and take it to Carlisle and sell them. Heck I'm even thinking of selling the cars too. I had my fun time for a change.
