Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning Mopar people.
A touch of snow here overnight and cold a couple days. Back up in the 50's Saturday.
Winters like this come once every 10 years or so. Still early but it's been a mild one so far.
I hope we got most of it out of our system about Christmas time. -50⁰ wind. 30's most days for thr next 10 in the forecast. I can handle that.

Morning!
-13 this morning. Still not that bad at all. Back on Firebird fender today, see if i can smooth out the mountains.
Tig the holes, maybe? Reason is tig is more malleable. But i dont have a clue how. My setup is lift arc, guess i will practice.

Didn't mean to wake you up Mike. Sorry bud. Lol
I will say one thing about the banking there, it sounds like a bank robber could make a good living there maybe
Good morning everyone. I hope all is well. Headache day today, hopefully get it under control shortly. Need to make some calls about student loan stuff for my boy a little later. Need to think clearly for that. He needs more money.
Good luck and I agree, your headache needs to subside before that call,

Day four with new pup all is well. She is starting to show signs of submission to Hemi. Just a great pup but holy smokes I had forgotten the energy it takes keeping up with a Shepard pup.

Seems the pain in my legs is starting to taper off a little. Was feeling like a cold was coming on,and took 1000 mg vitamin c. Suddenly im not hurting as much. So i will continue for a week, and see where it takes me. Wont fix the hips but if this muscle issue tapers off then walking and stairs will be less of an issue.

Do you take any other supplements for that Frank? Some magnesium?

Some of the post-workout powders are good for muscle recovery and soreness as well.... just a thought

Glad to hear this, be smart and move and stretch some each morning before you put yourself threw any thoghs funky positions you work in, sounds like nerve damage and or bone lose, arthritis is a pain so strengthen that belly and leg/hip muscles. Congratulations

Good luck. And watch those loans, schools have the tradition of taking out more than a student needs

The foot pedal really helps when doing that. Might be the perfect project to justify buying foot pedal! And if you have any old copper bus bar laying around put it behind if you can. You can scratch on it to start and also acts as a heat sink.
