Stop in for a cup of coffee

Yeah. You have basically two choices with crawl spaces ... free range or walled city. I went to walled city... it worked very well once the fauna population was managed
I live in a single wide mobile home and other than some spider webs under the house I haven't had any problems with critters getting under there.
Last winter My 50 feet of sewer line froze up solid and had no choice but cut it up in 5 foot sections and replace it at -20*f
I keep it insulated now.

The Delaware Water Gap is NOT in Delaware... it's along the PA / NJ border

Old Mine Road Southbound approach the gap.

Can't like that!
That's brutal.

Before the back room was redone here it was the kitchen.
I was working Morristown and away for 5 to 10 days at a time. A couple times the drain from the kitchen froze - nothing broke fortunely.

Yes Sir!
Although when I was there I was not a direct NPS employee, but was paid through SCA.
Volunteered there a bit too - long time ago - at Millbrook Village.
Also where I got my red card.

They just created a new job series for Wildland Fire

Projects we're starting one in the basement. Going to put in a bedroom and bathroom plus...I'd call it simple but it's not.
The bedroom/bathroom will be off the 1200' finished area. The bathroom will have a guest separate toilet and sink from the rest of the bathroom.
The other side of the bathroom shares the toilet and will have its own double vanity, combo shower/bathtub, and linen closet.
Bedroom will be a usual bedroom with a closet.
OK I said but with that I want a bar/sink (already have a frig) in the finished basement with theater chairs added to the living room with a bigger 75" tv.
Deal agreed spent two hours yesterday at Home Depot with the cabinet design manager drawing up the bar cabinets...we have priorities.
Also have a friend who repairs and restores vintage 70's style pinball machines. I think a couple near the bar would look nice??
My best friend's crew will do the project get the family discount plus they do great work.
It's a plan in action!!

4 more inches of snow this afternoon, horses not happy dogs love it. Going shopping for carpet on Friday, stuff we have is 26 years old. Shouldn't be too bad though, just 2 bedrooms.

Evening, hotel rooms for 3/5 stops reserved. Had to go way outside the venue circle to get them to be affordable

Is camping an option?
By that I mean tent camping, although I suppose a pop-up could be towed.

We hit 70 degrees today here on the hill, I picked up 4 wheelbarrow loads of windfall and said that was enough.
Some storms brewing up to the northwest near @Sublime one tonight

Well when i thought it couldnt get any worse…look close. Its a freaking golf course-18 holes!
I need a planishing hammer…

Bondo hiding it?

Those dent pullers are supposed to be fast. So I think that was the normal approach on a lot of repairs. :/
Thickest was probably 3/8” of filler. Slide hammer was common, when back of panel wasnt accessible. Drop inner wheel well and its all clear space. Even as an amateur, i would never have done it that way.

Possibly. Right now, I’m reserving rooms based on the expectation Tim and his wife both will be on the tour. If either or both can’t go, I’ll go to camping.
