Stop in for a cup of coffee

A journeyman I worked with as an apprentice many year ago had some colorful stories of his time working for Bechtel and being drug across the Saudi Peninsula in a container when the oil industry was really expanding in the early 70s :lol:

Working on this van, have the main fusebox out, going to take it apart and be trying to restore power to one wire. Signals work if i power up the flasher module. What a pita.

@Mattax
Curious...how did you decide to measure that stamp as you did for the pic? You put scale in perfect location.. I see pics frequently by people who collect, that can't seem to get it right or don't even know 'size matters' (lol)
I had found a reference on-line where it gave dimensions and it was in mm. I wasn't sure where to line them up but figured it was probably the outer lines of the printing.

When we put in our containers at the rock farm they were on concrete. We built steel ramps to access the open end and used expanded metal for better traction on the ramps. The wiring we left to our electrician wizard, they have knowledge of all sorts of conduit clamps and their uses. Pretty sure he used Unistrut in many instances. I know the power supply was underground at one end and I think he used flex conduit to get inside with a coupler made for going through metal like a breaker box. Fore I fergit :lol: for the ramp install, make sure on the clearance for the doors.

This thing has 5 layers i took all apart. A little corrosion to clean up.

Interesting timing that you asked about that particular stamp. My desk a few days ago… Rough sort of many years accumulation in a box.

7 hours and lights are working. Now he wants me to look at brakes.

I did a little shrub trimming. Mr. Squirrel would climb out toward the end and his weight would bend the branch down and he would hang upside down and clean out the cardinal feeder. Snip, snip! Take that sucker!!!
