Stop in for a cup of coffee

I went for a long putt. It was a glorious day. I had to clear my head after working with my Father all morning. He is well on his way to dementia or Alzheimer’s depends on how you define. Was giving me directions to Home Depot which is about a mile from his house and got all tangled up. Then got to service desk and he could not remember his wife’s phone number for order reference, and he had forgotten his phone at home. It is very hard to go thru as I had to do the same with my grandfather. Brings back a lot of memories. I just look at each day I have left with him as a blessing. Very soon I will likely long to share time with him regardless of his condition.
Don't know whether to like that John, or dislike that. Either way good luck to you, and good health for your father.

It's a sad disease for sure. I am not looking forward to getting older and loosing my faculties.

Good morning :D

Second morning in a row below freezing here in sunny SoCal  I got curious yesterday and checked out the old desert homeland on the NWS it was warmer there at daybreak than it was here by the beach  Looked at @shittyslant6 's neighborhood which is near to the old homeland it was 23°F there

Just to say you did. Pappy Van Winkle has a cult-like following.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed. A local grocery chain is drawing for a cahnce to buy one of these bottles. I think they have 2 of each between 5 stores. Highly allocated. There's a Pappy a Stag, a Weller, and a Handy. All are in the $100-125 range. Cheap for those. Secondary selling will get 4x that

You can see some very strange things in Southeast Asia. @ sublime one When I was in Thailand last week near Pattaya, we went to a tiger cage setup / tiger balm selling operation. Apparently this is run by the Thai military. When you go out to leave ,there's a courtyard, and they have firearms available for people to fire on their range. Not many of my group chose to do so, in fact I was the only one. They were all Asians, and probably never held a firearm before. So I chose the MP4 model, of course they changed all of the calibers on any weapon you wanted to fire to 22 caliber. They didn't even give me any initial instruction on how to fire the gun. They just let me go at it. Target was probably at 20 to 25 m. Didn't do too bad for just picking that arm up and firing it with no practice. Hope you guys can see the video. @ Sublime One

You should have told them you wanted a mulligan since they hung the target 90 degrees out! Other than the flyer at seven o clock I would call that good to go. Definitely minute of man!
