I got the 360 in the Scamp on Friday, mostly goofed off on Saturday, and then spent several hours yesterday getting the right side torsion bar, the headers and a starter installed and I got the trans & torque converter all attached... plus I did some paint work to cover up that BS paint peel on the front edge of the cowl..

nice. Now that I think about - I'm not sure how I would get it in there... there is next to no room in the back - maybe I could hang it off the roll cage or something..

On my 66 GT, it will fit on the package tray, up higher is better but it will be ok down there. Lots of cars have it lower then that.

mine is 2 side tape to the glass. tucked the wire under headliner/glass gasket. all you see is a couple inches of the wire

And I am putting a second brake light switch to power that light to un complicate the install.

I was considering that way, but the ones I looked at seemed like they might be too low - hidden partway behind the window gasket. once I decided to go with this stick on, it just made sense to put it up top

Of course the Red color will be gone! But this is what it will look like

Gettin there. He's complaining about too much roller cam noise, so he wants me to put sound deadener on to of the intake valley, under the intake. Can only get to do it if I removed the dist, so I did. Discovered the two bolts in the middle of the valley were leaking oil. (good thing, cause I thought it was his rear main, last time I saw this car). Took em apart, cleaned everything and added some o rings under the washers and nuts. Cut the sound deadener, is ready to install. Also he wants a rev limiter, but there is no MSD box with limiter, So I got a 6425 box today and need to mount and wire that. Then I guess I'm about halfway through his list. LOL

Pays me $80 phr time in/time out. At least I got a week and a half this time to get it done. He's gonna race it a gain on this Saturday.
