Stop in for a cup of coffee

-
Hmmmmm----don't really know where to start but the coffee forum seems as good as any. I got stopped on my car due to sending my PS pump to A Cardone for rebuild and getting it back with a bent drive pulley. Sent it in again and it came back 6 weeks later bent worse than the first time. (like Ron White, I told them I would tell everyone I talked to about their incompetence until the lawsuit settles) Meanwhile my work life took over my existence and I have been off the site. Now I am thinking about coming back and updating my build thread but it appears I have some new navigation to learn. I have been lurking a little but have not seen anything that grabbed me to post. I can see it will take me a while to learn the new site software, any tips will be appreciated. Meanwhile below is a photo of what I have been up to instead of building my Barracuda. Cheers to all and I think I like the new site software!

Many of those on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I know it propels in a semi circle, but does it do so on electric or hydraulic or water hydraulics ?

found it - 72 Polara
those 72 polara are some cool cars.

There was a police package and most of the police units had HP 440s ....the polara could be had with anything from a 318 to a 440. Very handy family car and work horse.

Welcome back DR! That sucks that Cardone caused a halt to progress on your Barracuda. About the new software, some photos were lost and aren't coming back. That's the main bad news. Otherwise it's pretty easy to figure out as you go. PM's are now called "Conversations." Your friends are now called your "Followers." Threads you start or post on become your "watched threads" (I believe that's the case,) anyway you'll want to go to your "alert preferences" and uncheck most of the boxes, otherwise you get barraged with email notifications. Uploading photos is different now and said to be easier. I think there's a thread telling you how. There may be a few glitches Joey is still working on but aside from disliking change, most comments have been favorable.

They are center pivot irrigation machines. Powered by 460V 3 Phase power and designed to apply uniform water to crops for production agriculture. It's what pays for my hobby:)

How can I make the threads appear last one first. I have perused the settings but must be missing it. I have been afraid to look for my build thread, especially if the photos are gone--------DR

Most of the ones on the Eastern Shore are pivoting, but usually set up at the edge of the crop and rotates only 180 deg. Never was sure what powered the wheels tho.

Click on any of the "Forums" and scroll down to the bottom and click on the tab there "thread display options."

Pop in a car show rubber on the sides or not? To me it does not matter. Runs good again, bad plugs/wires

Man, there are few things better than a late afternoon coffee after a nap on a rainy afternoon.

Today I heard some chirping right outside my window and sure enough the female Cardinal I saw a few days ago has finished her nest and taken up residence. We can look eye to eye, she is that close. I'm keeping the blinds almost all the way shut so she won't be nervous. Earlier some bigger grey and white bird was harassing her but she ran it off, and the male Cardinal showed up right away along with some sparrows. Wish I had an A-body to talk about but oh well.
