I only do it for Beer and Golf money. Really don't need the $$. Usually someones Hot Rod/Custom car that was referred to me. And then there is the Ladies and older people from my Church that I help from being taken advantage of. But... It is getting out of hand. My Wife says, I just don't know how to say no. I'm definitely scaling it back, since I have sooo many of my own projects..

And when I started saying NO, I am the butt hole. no win doing things for friends for free, or a "good deal". My good friend gets in a wreck in his ML Benz, he gets a big payout from his insurance company, asks me to fix his car. body work and paint. Paid me nothing. No winning .
 
Same as mine! 19. I was playing to a 9, But I got hurt. Very tough to get back to a winning game.
 
I made it to the mall today and stopped by sears and got a new toy.

When I got there, they had them on the shelf for 39.99 ...I told the worker guy there that was wrong and I saw it online for 19.99 ...

we got on the computer Kiosk they have in the store and it came up as 19.99 ...so he gave it to me for the 19.99. If they would have insisted 39 ..I would have walked out!!!

now I have to find something to work on to try it out LOL

It's huge .... a lot bigger than I thought it would be from the internet pic the other night ...I need both hands to lock it but it seems pretty much, quality made.

Never any better than a 19 for me. Just don't play enough. Although I am now playing in a Tuesday group every week. They Travel around local courses. Mostly Older retired guys. They make me play from the regular tees, and they all play from the senior tees. Gotta be 65 to play there. Only a very few guys out of the 32 or so that are under 65.

When I was a 9, I was playing most every day. Sometimes two rounds in a day. i was hooked.

I like this Tuesday deal. They Email you and tell you where they are playing. You must respond , yes or no. You show up, draw a card randomly from the deck to see who you play with. You play your round with your random foursome. Put in $10 at the end of the round as everyone meets at the clubhouse, and they pay out. The top three foursome, Top 4 low gross, net, etc, greenies, etc. Next day you get an Email, with the complete (everyones score) and who won the money. And they keep your handicap for you. Few days later, another Email, hey were playing at Andrews AFB, you in or out. Pretty good system. Probably 36 guys on the roster, but usually only about 20-24 opt in each week. Tee times are usually 10am or so , While most people are working.

Used to drink a few beers on the loop. Now monster energy drinks. Helps my game.
