So i picked up something really cool, original sales brochures from a 62 Dart and a 72 cuda, from a member here. Pretty neat.
i was considering that as well.Cool. I have some full page ads of a 68 RR I restored awhile back. Framed em up.
here's my twist - when I know the person and don't think highly of them - I like to say "ya pickle-smooching 'mo.." - yep, ya gotta be careful where ya toss that one out... LOLA lot like that! I actually have a booger-picker that drives for me. Nobody else will drive his truck or let him in theirs. This dude is 60+ years old and still wiping boogers on stuff. Gross as hell...
I got one for my Duster a couple years back, I think it was at Hershey from one of the Literature guys.So i picked up something really cool, original sales brochures from a 62 Dart and a 72 cuda, from a member here. Pretty neat.
cool, i really want to find one for a 78 powerwagon, ive got a re-print, but would rather have an originalI got one for my Duster a couple years back, I think it was at Hershey from one of the Literature guys.
also, recently got a book that has all the Duster/Demon/Dart Sport literature. its kinda crappy though. black and white and a lot of the pics are small..
Now that's funny..."ya pickle-smooching 'mo.."
If the 'work situation' calms down, I'd be happy to do it to help out.. Plus I'd get to hang out with Memike again. He's a pretty good egg...Ben I see you may be stopping by Memike's in a few weeks, to pick up his 170 and deliver it to a member in KS. I have a feeling it's going to be memorable and you are brave lol.
Whats the word of the day?
hi Dave - I love that phrase - "rich" - can go either way, sarcastic or serious... usually sarcastic when I say it.. I would have been sneaking pictures of the scene with my cell phone...Good morning, back to work this afternoon, boss still away! Sorry to hear about the rain and gloom in some parts, here it's sunny and the Spanish moss is swaying in the breeze. Yesterday went a little crazy with Spring cleaning. Ended up at a Laundromat to wash a comforter. That was a rich experience. The place should be a scene in a movie, amazing how every detail was perfect, down to the style of the hand-painted signs saying Please Do not leave children unattended. I'd brought a paperback to read but a wild chubby pre-school girl kept pestering me "money! money! money!" until her (I assume) grandmother yelled at her. Then she bugged a kindly Mexican man with a Stetson hat and sport coat with suede elbow patches. I soaked up enough atmosphere from the place that I don't need to go back any time soon!
pay attention man - Its Raining, so F'it right between her legs, its Friday - creepers..The word of the day is "legs"...
Help spread the word...
