Stop in for a cup of coffee

I dug the beginning post holes for a deck expansion on the instructors quarters. Only about 12 more posts to set! Arghh.
My goal is to dig at least two holes a day. Keep in mind there is no shoveling, it is all rock after about two inches of top soil. You basically break the rock with a Johnson bar and then crumb out the pieces by hand, it sucks.

Uh, explosives? Kidding! Two a day sounds like enough! Hey, what do you think about the Kraken, they are surprising me, I'm enjoying the ride as long as they're on the post season ice!

Been cutting brush and cutting cedar trees that are crowding pine trees. Ground still too wet to drive pickup on my trails, so just putting it in piles to pick up later when dry. Have at least six loads to pick up and many more as time allows

Can you rent a bob cat with a drill? Did that here for the fence. Wasnt bad either think 200 a day.

I think the Karaken may very well advance yet again. It is very cool to watch. They play with some serious intensity.

That always sucks.
I've discovered some of my headaches are related to the dust and pollen. Now I know how to head those off.

I'll get back to you later on the carbs.
I think your on the right track.

Need to get a couple more tools now that I'm digging deeper into that motor.

Realized yesterday that I don't have a water pump pulley (DOH)... aside from lacking fan and spacer.

Parts Manual isn't super helpful.

Start with....... oh, wait... might by too early for that.

Coffee and a note pad go organize the day
Yep, that's where I'm at. It rained last night so it's too wet to mow and till/plant. I do have a couple out of town trips to make. Today might be the day for that.

it's a puzzle.
You need to find the fan spacer, and fan that match a listing.
Same with the pulley setup.

use the service manual listing for the parts that go together. You might have to begin with '66 and work back to '64.
And of course there is always a chance the Canadian version is different, but hopefully not.

Thanks Mat..

Found a part number Engine Fan # 2463376... it's a 6 blade 17" so I can compare to the one I grabbed yesterday

Found a pulley on eBay. Still working on the spacer
