We're in Jackson Wyoming. Yep raining@Mopar Tim should be near Yellowstone bout now. Peekin' at the NWS weather chance of rain everyday this week and maybe some snow showers. I wonder if the bears beg for goodies when the weather is cruddy?

Looks good Mitch.I cooked a meat lover's lasagna tonight that I bought frozen from the big box store. But that is never good enough. I cooked up some filet mignon pieces and some tomato and onion and spices. Added it to my lasagna after it was finished, and topped it off with some nice mozzarella. Not too bad for a guy that don't know how to cook....

I forget his user name. I think he was from Colorado.Hah..
I have enough anger in my brain just sitting outside by myself never mind in a mosh pit.
Some people just get up in the morning looking for something to over react to.
Sounds good! Now I gotta ask the wife to make a lasagna… We do get some good grub on this thread. And not fancy fru-fru stuff that takes all day to make. Combine x, y and z. Cook. And taste better.Minimal dishes... grilling is the best...
Do the same with a beef roast and yea lasts me 4 days from 2 days of roast and 2 days of stew.Gotta admit I actually prefer roasts.
Get about four dinners out them and then whatever remains gets cooked into the next soup.
I pretty much alternate between chuck roasts and chicken roasts until it gets to hot. Yea yea some fish and other dishes in between to get through to the weekend.
Glad that part of the trip went well. Enjoy! If Yellowstone is anything like Yosemite, you might wanna avoid the roads that follow rivers and streams. Both probly had the same engineers design themWe're in Jackson Wyoming. Yep raining

Absolutely, after some coffee hitting the street in Burlington City.
