Ahh... found the push nuts for my window regulator.. a box of 50 is $11.. i should have replaced them all :) Just had to find the right name, never heard of a push nut before

don't recall being so pissed off for a long time... The other 3 just.. push and click.. that 4th one i fought with sooo much.. did the smart thing and walked away :) Did find more rust to fix, i think i'm getting to the end of it though. Also the very front of my drivers rocker was packed with cotton batting from a mouse nest or something, ended up cutting off the front of the rocker (The small vertical panel hidden behind the fender) to clean it out and rust proof..

On this spot i'm going to end up cuting about 4 more inches of that front of that out, those splash shields were a bad idea and just hold water :( Need to find or make new splash shields also.

Mopar inner cowl areas suck. Look at that raised ring while you have it open where the J bolts for the vent boxes hook onto.

My JD is like 35 years old... (GT240 (maybe 420) Lawn tractor and everytime i use it i expect something to break... it never seems to though, i put new pulleys in the deck and some other stuff that needed repair when i bought it.. but been lucky lately. My yard is VERY lumpy and it beats the piss out of me when i cut it

Belt is a given. Did new spindles with the pulleys a few years ago, never did the idler pulleys. Sealde bearing of course that seised up ad actuaally sheered the haft off it rides on. Looks like 80 for the pulleu. Just a 5/8 carriage bolt with a shoulder for the stud. See if my farm yard friend can get it for me.

Mine has a Kawasaki i think 14hp engine, i didn't even know they made small engines before i got it, cool thing is it has a pressurized oiling system, even a spin on filter, cool stuffs

This one has been good to me beat the piss out of it but do the maintenance. Think it is 15 yo now.

24 HP Yannamar? diesel, it is a compact tractor, so it takes attachments. Really needed it doing the hops.

Morning!
10°, high of 27°, 79f. Thats going to be hot.
Caravan for wheel change and a brake job. Honda for a brake job. Lincoln pickup for a misfire-again.

Did i mention the squeaking belt fix?
Friday a friend sent his daughter to me to look at belt noise. Grabbed my chalkline chalk powder and gave the belt a little dusting. Noise gone. Its instant and lasts a while. I usually use baby powder but i was out. Feet powder works too.

I have a old L100, should drag it out and see what all it needs, been years since I touched it.
