Stop in for a cup of coffee

Uep. Sounds like a disc issue pinching nerves feeding down your leg. (I sound like a Dr. I'm not. LOL) I hope they can get to the bottom of it for you soon. Lower Lumbar L4 and 5 is where my issues are.

Same. For years. This is the worst case of sciatica i have ever experienced. I blame the rough ground i was mowing with my kioti. Small wheels, and higher tire pressure. Rear wheels may be 24” tall where my kubota tires are 37” i think.

I have a list of little things to do today. It looks like another busy one.

Good morning, I guess I'll like it for that coffee always makes a bad morning better!!
I had that softball game last night. I played left field lots of running four for four with the bat.
Didn't get home until 9:30 and as usual hard to unwind and get a good night's sleep.
It will be a long day for both of us.
Left field is the busy side I bet , congratulations on a good night at bat as well
Most exercise I get is crawling under cars but the getting back up off the floor I figure is good exercise. lol
Yep, good for us older folks
This last year I been finding it harder. Think it has to do with growing old. LOL
Yeah think  I have been getting a bunch of that, up and down all four corners, brakes are feeling much better, think last night was my first to feel good about the peddle

Setting in the truck in the hospital parking lot thinking about what I could be doing, up at 4 , did the trash thing, checked garden for moisture and a load of laundry.. hope to put at least 5 thousand steps in..

Don't think I've ever been there.
Access from the norther coastal road.
Wow. The NPS has made it hard to find their visitor maps. Guess people dont use maps anymore?
Here we go.

Don't know Mike sometimes getting off the floor doesn't seem like it's good for this older folk. LOL

I injured my lower back probably 40 years ago. I fell out of a semi trailer and landed flat on my ***. It screwed me up pretty good. And like a dumb *** I didn't go to the Dr for it. I just powered through it with Tylenol and Chiro treatments. It worked but it took a long time to heal. 28 years on the tool truck didn't do me any good either. Step vans are like your Tractor. Sit right over the front wheels with a straight axle and a 6" stack of leaf springs. :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

Sounds nice that must be in the national park.
Probably. I can't remember! There's wilderness areas and Forest Service land all next to each other. I'm hoping I'll remember the name of the river looking at the map. We took the ferry from just above Seattle and then followed the road along the coast with stops and short hikes at places that looked like highlights.

years ago my wife and I would jump on a ferry (Karl!) and head for Friday Harbor to a restaurant there and took almost an hour to read everything on the menu and great food and view.
I miss Washington but so crowded now.

I get the picture now. Yes we (the wedding party) watched some sunsets from the Seattle side of the ferry. That was in 1988 IIRC. Could tell the area was getting crowded. (No the wedding party did not go camping. LOL. Only a couple of us went on that journey after the wedding)

Seattle is now one big homeless camp.

Honestly I can still get off the ground without holding on to anything but getting harder.
I look like a beached whale. Roll over to my hands and knees and attempt to get up from there. That concrete on the knees isn't fun either..:mob:
