Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good mornin' folks c\_/. Just dropped in to check up yall. Didn't find any bad news which is great. Incase you wonder... I'm a week away from my one year anniversary and period of being on meds that prevent me from driving. I see the doc again Friday but I don't have high hopes. Changing the meds a couple weeks ago messed me up bad. I was doing so much better before.
The bream bed same time honey suckles bloom around here and I've missed it again. This morning and throughout the day would have been perfect but... can't go far away from a toilet and a few other side effects keep me right here. Yall behave and have a great Tuesday. :)

Morning!
Another rough night, and the low back pain is starting. There was no back pain when this started, so i dont know wtf is next.
Been there. Late to the party. Any x rays or scans of your lower back?

No. Not yet.
Uep. Sounds like a disc issue pinching nerves feeding down your leg. (I sound like a Dr. I'm not. LOL) I hope they can get to the bottom of it for you soon. Lower Lumbar L4 and 5 is where my issues are.

Got the wifes car into the body shop yesterday, her CarFax report is gonna look like hell! This time it was her co-worker that smacked her (she was parked, at Allstate). Wife has a rental, Nissan Versa, hates it lol!

For $100 figured it was a good deal just for the slip plates. . Didn't realize until I unpacked it that those kingpin levels were in there and all the other tools. Big box of shims as well
Well worth it! Instruction cover all the possibilities at the time. Use the FSM for the actual adjustment and specs.
Hopefully the bubble gages mount to the spindles and/or 13" rims. Go see what those cost new from Longacre or similar. Your pretty much all set if you can make a flat setup location.

I probably don't walk 500 steps a day. I'll probably drop dead soon.

Off to work for me, headed up to Mt. Blyn on the Olympic Penninsula, going up to a radio site that we couldn't access for awhile. Have a Great Day All!

Yeah, for me, the jury's out on all those free service manual downloads. I'm not real crazy about reprints. I like BOOKS. First editions, IMO are best because they seem to have the least mistakes. As they are reprinted, there are more mistakes......and down right exclusions. I can only imagine how the CD versions are.....and then finally the downloadable versions. Besides, the BOOK needs no lecktricity to work and I can put my HAND right on it. I guess I'm just old. That's cool, too.
I avoided the mymopar pdfs for a long time but now have downloaded most years. (In large part to answer questions here for years I don't own!)
Already have paper originals for for 67 and 68, but lots of info missing for '67 Barracuda that was added in a supplement.

I always try to get paper copies. I hate the download things and CD’s.
First and only CD I bought was the 68 Parts book. Did that after losing access to a Chrysler dealership books when I moved here. It was better than nothing.
I'm not just talking about them, but any virus or corrupt file that can render your computer into a useless turd.
PDFs are pretty safe, although maybe less so in moer recent years.

Since my garage is no where near the house, I often do the same as Hoppy. Copy or print off the pages I need so I'm not further destroying my originals.
I'd say both have their advantages. I don't want a screen and keyboard at the garage.

There's stuff on the interenet thats almost impossible to find and buy. All those TSBs at Hamtramck Historical for example. The master tech stuff is only slightly easier to find. I bought a few at Spring Fling

That's one place (the Olympic Penninsula) I'd like to go back to! Beautiful and sublime!

Good Morning everyone. Not much to report here. Hung out with my boy last night for a few hours. Started making a plan for swapping out the bed on my truck. Get some guys to help Thursday to remove. Spend Friday removing the receiver and replacing with the new one, clean up the frame and anything else I find wrong, hopefully put new one on Sat. Fingers crossed.
You get my emails?

We camped one night next to a river. It was loud! Hiked in maybe a couple miles to get to it. Wow! For an east coaster it was all just so different. Heck the trail down was smooth and soft!

Sounds nice that must be in the national park.
