Blast off to Lift day tomorrow :steering: wish I could be there, this will be a great couple days I bet :) I did a roast in the crock pop yesterday for my sons work crew that are framing up a house, going to mix up some coleslaw and and serv them BBQ sandwiches today (5 people), Then drive over to where Victoria is and help my friend load up a chevy truck on a trailer and take it to the new owner, Then enjoy a lawn chair and a few Whiskey & Waters :D Going to be a clear sky day with no rain :thumbsup:

@360DartGT66 Anders, I got all new clips with the rebuild kit, So I have some good old ones. Do you need the big ones that hold the halves together, or the smaller ones that hold the cardboard to the heat outlet area? Also , which wires are rusted ?
 
Good morning Mitch, Looks like a super day here on the hill, 54 degrees now and will be sunny, Clear and high of 78 :thumbsup: I am glad I got a non stop 6 hours last night.

:rofl: employer :rofl:........... I am just glad they let me hang out with them at times to get away from the house, eat my food and trust me on the tractor :steering:
 
Good morning, everyone!

I've been a busy bee so far this sunny day. Got all sorts of things checked off on my (ever growing) to-do list. Nothing on the car but keeping (or rather restoring) the domestic peace. :rolleyes:

Just had lunch on the sunny balcony with my wife. I bought a pound of shrimp, a baguette and some aioli. Nice! She was very pleased, too.

The wiper shafts and linkage under the dash are frozen, so I need to pull them out, reseal them, put grease fittings in and lube them. Probably clean up around the remaining brackets and such, and spray with some semi gloss black before I reassemble everything. Whewwww !

Just a long day at work, quiet evening and just a half day tomorrow. Problem is my boss thinks a half day is 12 hours. I did score a couple plow discs to make cooking woks out of yesterday. Just got to weld up the center holes, weld on horseshoe handles and then season them. I get 60 bucks a peice for them. A little extra car money...
