And don’t forget the most important rule, well second most important rule. The tools start getting bigger, the drinks mixed stronger and the music gets louder. It is time to walk away from it for a bit!
Got That rule down......Like right now....Do have the JD engine close to removal though. No big Thinking there....

As so many on here are Veterans @WV64Signet you got to post the E4 Mafia skit on here. Seriously, I about died listening to it. That kind of funny. Well I guess maybe only if you have ever leveraged a bunch of testosterone filled wide eyed E4s.

Ugh my new fancy valley cover won’t clear the underside of the Holley Street dominator and that’s before the valley gaskets are on :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

Clears the heads just fine which is where I expected the interference based on the threads online about it.

Ok I actually need some serious tech help here from the collective brain trust. A buddy up in Fargo is trying to get a 68 D100 going. He had a slant 225 out of a 69 Dart rebuilt and dropped that in. The truck starter is hitting the oil pan but in theory his cross reference says it should work? I thought “A” body and truck starters were different sizes? The truck starter is simply not going to fit with the Darts oil pan. The trucks original motor was also a slanty. Help please you gurus.

There was a thread somewhere about ever talked about the shaft length as an issue... I'll wait on the smart cats to weigh in...

Friend came over with his 68 Cuda and what a sweet ride 318 auto. and has about every option they made for it. Factory hubcaps are perfect and most of the moldings and grill are real nice. told me to go ahead and pick it apart so I did on most of it and the underside and under the hood and door jambs are all factory paint but I forgot to get pictures. :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: I got so wrapped up in checking it over for rust and body damage and talking to a good friend I forgot the damn pictures. :mob:
