I hope that was a sonic boom from the booster landing at the launch site. If not SpaceX just put those satellites in a lot lower orbit than planned :eek:

Don't think I could stand the noise from all the rockets taking off. only noise around here from the air is a small plane flying over once in awhile and most the time it's my sons plane dive bombing my house.

We get the Life Flight helicopter flying over getting to the hospital. THat thing is noisy but it's good that we have it.
 
Just got done replacing the door handle that broke on the Chevy. Straight forward and pretty easy install.......................all good and working again.
 
The sonic boom we don't usually hear when they land the booster out in the Santa Barbara Channel on their autonomous barge. Sea may be too rough for the barge landing today. NASA doesn't launch anything from Vandenberg anymore. It's all SpaceX and that other outfit with the Firefly Alphas.

You run ladder up past the roof 3 or 4 rungs and then its just a side step. Waaay safer.

Then you would love it here. Airport/float plane base right across the river from me. Ceack of dawn every morning they take off.

Would be fun watching for about the first day I think after that it would drive me nuts. lol

And they are so loud! Full throttle, overloaded, just barely clear the tree tops.
