Fargo has steel line, and still using the 70 year old rubber flex line. If it fails, i can switch it to a grease gun flex hose. The pressure is nothing for that hose.

Hey Mike, the body sometimes takes a pause when losing weight for several reasons. The main one is calorie intake just eat small and regular. Make sure you're eating enough calories daily based on your activity level and drink the water.
Wife and I have been watching what we eat now for seven months a lifestyle change and have both lost over 40 pounds.

Keto?

I have that same kit waiting, but may not even use it and go electric for in the car, I would like to have the light come on at 20 lbs
You have to look at the sending unit specs. Think Ford made one at 20. They are all just switches.

Thirsty Thursday coffee drinkers !
Have a great day, Mikie just got the cue to get moving.

Cutting carbs is massive... also makes me feel much better.
Carbs is what gets ya and adds the pounds on. They won't come off either until you want and make changes.
It's a mindset at first but then quickly becomes a way of life...just gotta do it every day.
We were talking the other night what we use to eat...ugh!! Neither one of us miss those foods.

And you do intermittent fasting as well? I do much better on 2 meals a day. I break fast around 11:30 or 12.... then dinner between 6 and 8 pm
I do at overnight. Whatever time I eat dinner it's then at least 12 hours before I'll have breakfast.
During the day I'll have eggs or oatmeal with some fruit for breakfast, a light lunch and then dinner. If I get hungry a handful of walnuts or something like that. After walking golf or a workout I'll have a 30-gram protein drink. We like the fairlife brand and get it at Sams.
I probably don't eat enough calories 1500-1700 a day based on my activity level but I'm full and feel good how I'm doing it.

I have been eating only two meals a day for years now. I will eat breakfast before 9:00 a.m. and then not eat again until dinner time. No later than 7:30 p.m.. works for me. I can eat anything I want including carbs, and chocolate and ice cream, and drink all the beer I want as well. My weight doesn't change anymore than three or four pounds either way in the last 30 years. Don't know why?

I did an experiment a few years back... couple days of all veggies... couple days of all protein then various ratios over a couple days. Came out where I feel and perform the best on a high protein, no carb diet.

Oh I still have ice cream and a toddy or two.

Yeah... biggest I've been is about 210. Went to **** after I retired for about 2 years... I'm usually at 180 - 195 but I look at appearance more so than just the weight. Been getting more muscle mass in this workout regime so I carry 190 way better than I did 15 years ago.

I still fit into my dress blues
