No just cutting 80% of our carbs eating more chicken, fish, and stir fry veggies. After a couple weeks it was pretty easy and the weight is still coming off.Keto?

I do at overnight. Whatever time I eat dinner it's then at least 12 hours before I'll have breakfast.And you do intermittent fasting as well? I do much better on 2 meals a day. I break fast around 11:30 or 12.... then dinner between 6 and 8 pm
I have been eating only two meals a day for years now. I will eat breakfast before 9:00 a.m. and then not eat again until dinner time. No later than 7:30 p.m.. works for me. I can eat anything I want including carbs, and chocolate and ice cream, and drink all the beer I want as well. During the day I'll have eggs or oatmeal with some fruit for breakfast, a light lunch and then dinner. If I get hungry a handful of walnuts or something like that. After walking golf or a workout I'll have a 30-gram protein drink. We like the fairlife brand and get it at Sams.
