Holy crap… so I just got home from the dealer after trying to buy a new truck. My lowest credit score is a 783. They approved me thru 7 banks. The best interest rate I could get was 13.2 percent!!! Needless to say, F that. I’m dropping the coin into my 78 and 99. Not ever paying that for a vehicle, a brand new vehicle mind you.

That's a ridiculous interest rate. I don't know how anyone is buying a new vehicle or house nowadays with these rates.

Yea for sure and the price of a new truck without interest rates is more than enough.

They're not that high. Remember back in the 80's when home rates were in the mid 16's ? y will come back down. They always do.

If you have a house, use equity to pay for the new truck. Lot less interest. Then when interest rates go down, re finance the truck...
