Nope we are fully approved there but can’t get a contractor .

As weird as it sounds a lot of Cemeteries do loans and give very competitive rates.
Think about it . I know of a few here that do. Once they sell you the hole in the ground they invest those monies in loans. One of the group I was investing on larger properties has two older Cemeteries. He is like 3rd generation. Makes serious money.

John's a funny guy and makes ridiculous money.
I joked with him once about one day he will really be the richest guy in the Cemetery.
His comment was . Are you Crazy. None of my family is in the Cemetery. The grounds to valuable. My family always gets cremated.
 
Checking in one of those lazy days didn't do much other than hitting balls for three hours then playing nine holes.
Shoulders are whining to me so think I'll break the weekend only toddy time and have one or two tonight.
I figured I'd have one for John since he can't @Sublime one.
Cheryl is out for her monthly wine Wednesday with a bunch of neighborhood women.
I told her to go every month just don't volunteer to host it here. :p
