Ok I will admit I look forward to thong Thursday..but only because it’s a reminder for me that I am that much closer to the weekend.
One of the local guys I deal with will be parting out a 64 dart 273-4 car if any one needs something Maybe?
Morning everyone. The GD is out of school today and am told she's hanging out with me. She wants to play golf at sometime today and I'm sure lunch is part of her plan. I'm good not too many times when it's just the two of us.

Went into work early and got off early to meet up with "The Mole Guy". Neighbor across the street got a load of dirt that had moles in it, now they're in our yard too. The guy set 14-16 traps, 3 different types, we'll see what he catches next Wednesday, supposedly guaranteed results.
Early doctors appointment this morning, let them draw 3 or 4 viles of my blood for my 3 month check.
After that who knows, mother in law dropping in from Oklahoma at noon today, my wife still has all her family except her real father. I might drive to the river and visit my cousins 40 miles away..

I went to the doctor yesterday for a check-in regarding my weight loss progress. Based on my current weight and an analysis she determined I have nothing less to lose. Based on my body build I am well within the margins for BMI Body Mass Index, body fat 14%, and segmental lean muscle analysis which evaluates your body's muscle distribution is all over 100%...i.e. the body of the 20 year old haha!!
My biggest goal is to get off the diabetic meds. My first step was my last A1C blood work fall within the normal range for the first time in eight years. It might take a couple years to slowly lower my dose but hopefully I can maintain my weight loss and eliminate the diabetic meds altogether.
I appreciate you all letting me share my progress and hope it doesn't bore you too bad.

Wow, I was working many hours a day when this one came out, near 76 I think.
