Well, yesterday was an accomplishment day, this morning is neck, one shoulder and sore muscles. Getting old is not for ___sies.. may go after some fire wood today and keep it going, throwing and stacking wood with my wife should make for a full day. Wood is just 5 miles away, thought I might remove the topper, but I believe two trips will be easier on our old selves.

Still sore and not allowed to lift anything with it yet. But don’t have to wear sling unless it gets tired or I have done something stupid the day before. I wear the sling a lot.

Same here. I worked on my guitar. I need to motivate myself to cut some grass. I think it's dry enough now.
