Stop in for a cup of coffee

So got 3/4 of the brake job done. Left rear caliper is junk. Put back together and out it goes until tomorrow. Need to change a bearing on loaner truck, right front is growling bad.

I need to get my Sam's card fixed. I could have saved .36/gallon. The Sam's pumps won't read my old card. The magnetic strip must be fubar. :BangHead:

The replacement window regulator for the Mercedes-Benz was from world pack which is supposed to be pretty good. I installed it, reinstalled the motor. First time the window went up and down. The window regulator broke where it has an aluminum piece at wraps around the window. Then I looked at it and I can see it said made in Taiwan. Compared it to the original. Much different. The original is much beefier. Oh well. Got another one coming. Meanwhile, brakes are all off of the big DTS Cadillac and waiting for replacements. Got to move on

Had that problem more than once. :BangHead:

Home from work and primed the chin spoiler plug, so should be ready to make a mold off it this weekend.

Made a point in the center to match my beak nose on 73 and up A bodies. And would really like to do a 72 on down A bodies spoiler if someone would lend me there car for a week.

Wheel bearing done. Had to meet up with snap on truck to exchange a filter wrench. And drive out 20 miles to pick up a pair of trailer tires. $60 apiece is a decent deal. At least i can change out the 2 not so good tires. Long day. Tomorrow is finish brakes, then out to hook my peepers on a 67 Firebird convertible. Make electrical good, redo all the steel lines. Make it run. Should be fun.

I had a very stressful day. Only time I got out of the recliner was to visit the head or get food.

Sad night tonight. They had to put down Marie's horse and she couldnt be there for it. Beautiful Arabian. 20ish yrs old. She is a wreck.

Is it me or is this site slow as molasses tonight? Better since I restarted my phone.
