Nice oven Wayne and looks like what's on it is even better.Smoked brisket with cajun spiced, mushroom stroganoff on egg noodles. I make enough to freeze a lot for later. Its so nice to grab a packet and microwave later when I don't feel like cooking.

For me I bought some Salmon and tried a small piece but over cooked it so was thinking of trying Salmon again. What would you want to do next?
Well that was the part that dried it out I waited till it started turning brown. Won't make that mistake again. How did you check when it was done? I love smoked salmon.
I would like to see the key rings, that sounds cool.I am looking at key rings too. Black with a reverse engraving. The kool thing is I can take any photo of your favorite car and engrave it!

Thinking of standing on the street corner with a sign. Will Work For Food with a collection plate. lolAnd keeps you off the streets Fred!
That works to get around/under flange. Can't really tell how much space you have to get support under the split in the ply. Any I did the flange was half gone, so that wasn't an issue.View attachment 1716171111
