Clean it up, get the bushing off and clean up the shaft with some fine sandpaper, crocus cloth or a scotchbrite pad. There is probably a burr there. You will need a new bushing.Replace then?

Those bushings are pressed into the block and burnished to proper size with a special tool.

Does it slip on the shaft smoothly? It will get slightly tighter when it goes back in the block.Seems none the worse for wear... as they say
