We took a road trip out to Lancaster today and hit Eastwood on the way home. It was such a beautiful day to just get out.

Well not a brick, but close enough.
I had bought another used gasket from a convertable because
From everything I could find they are different then Hardtops
Gasket I bought is in very good condition.
When I pulled all the chrome and lock strip I found this gasket soft and supple also. Just a pain in the *** to remove so yep. Windshield was already shot so out came the hammer.
Now tomorrow should be fun I can't find anything explains the best way to reinstall it.

You have to rope it in. A couple hooks that arent so thin that could tear the rubber.

Morning clan and happy St Patrick's Day!! A very special day in my wife's family who traced their line back to a town in Ireland and has actually gone there for a vacation. They exchange cards and gifts; I just go straight for the Irish whiskey!!

Today, we had a day of yard work planned. Now the weather forecast calls for mid 40's and a north wind of 20-25 mph...no fun. Guess it's a plan B type day basement watching golf and a little whiskey tasting??

Kind of an unhappy day here for me. My father and brother were both born on the 17th of March. My father died in 1989 as most of you know. My brother died of suicide in 2008.
