no.. but why would the converter only do it in second and drive... makes no sense.. perfectly silent in park neutral and low..

Rewiring my 29 was a treat with a positive ground and 6 volts I had to rethink everything.
Never played with positive ground

I'm positive I'm not grounded.
Looks like the kickdown servo doesn't get pressure until 2nd Gear and still in drive.
No pressure in Neutral
???
I'm not smart enough to translate that to action
