Need to do some planning around removing the zero-clearance propane fireplace and getting a pellet stove in there. It's built into the wall of the half-basement...I don't want to be ripping walls out but seems like they'll have to be a level of demolition conducted.

A cloudy but warm day today. Some work on the Beetle, maybe a road test with brakes. That would be nice. Thinking i need to modify pedals, and shifter. Owner is a big guy, big feet. I find it difficult to drive and shifting into reverse is no bueno. For him he would have to drive barefoot.

Yeah most of the NE...................Holly has relatives near Martha's Vineyard, they live on the coast in a multi-million dollar home. I have never been there.

My son took his GF down to Cannon Beach this past weekend and popped the question. We now have two kids getting married next year, should be fun

Canon beach is a great area, we camped there all the time. It was a lot of fun. Congrats! No car parts for you next year, you will be broke with two marriages on the horizon!
