Call Inline and ask. If you cut the bolt closer to the cable and put one of those long nuts used for althread you can extend the length of the bolt maybe even use a piece of all thread to extend it more. I would put a locking nut on against the long althread nut to keep it from coming loose
might be worth doing that just to hit the brake a few times and stretch the cables out

That came to mind last night during my fit of rage. I'll give them a call today. I never know with the car...but they didn't differentiate between the 106 and the 111 inch wheelbase
