Stop in for a cup of coffee

Another day, another way :BangHead: been beat down tired for two days now, I guess just stress from getting the roof done and not sleeping well those two days.
Hope i feel like a normal 66 year old today and can get a couple chores done outside... may have to get on the treadmill and do some walking in front of the TV... getting this age is a blessing, but lord I wish I had more get up and go.

Good morning, son barrown my custom made snare last night, told him he could keep it, on the left .

Motivated? Me too. I woke up at 4 and have fallen asleep twice since then for 15 min ot so. I did empty the dishwasher but that's all so far. :mob:
I started taking melatonin gummies .. 30 minutes before bedtime. Container says to take one .. I'm up to 4  but I get way more deep sleep... And usually around 6 or 7 hours worth

Morning John. My son called me this morning and he is on his way back from picking up that truck in Missouri. Looks like I didn't go, so maybe this summer I can come down for a visit.
Bummer Fred, you would have loved it down here. Not a straight road in the County and not 100 flat acres anywhere! Plus wearing a hoodie for Winter clothes! And a darn good plan shot in the butt! See ya next summer!

I take melatonin when I have trouble sleeping, that stuff works. No gummies for me, too much added sugar. Me and stimulants is a bad combo! I would suck as a drug addict!

Was looking forward in meeting up. Been missing you and I'd still like a ride in that fast Cuda and spoil your hounds and drink all your whiskey.

So we picked up a couple used wood stoves on the cheap. Now I gotta rebuild them. The steel aspect I got under control. The glass, not so much. Anybody ever tried to clean up smoked glass? And no it does not just wipe off. Am I better off just getting a piece cut?

That's a heavy stove for one guy to load and unload. My back hurts just thinking about it.

A good stove store will sell a cleaner for that glass. I found it worked better when warm so maybe a heat gun. Soak, sit, cloth clean (scrub) repeat as needed in the heavy areas.
