We had someone filling our dumpster with crap at work, so the manager wanted to start locking the gate. I got a padlock for it. It came with 2 brass keys and I had a bunch of duplicates made. The dups were all silver colored. As I handed an original to one of the production bosses, I said "you get a gold key to the shithouse" He just smiled..
 
Well boys and girls we had a fun time together today but we have come to that magic hour where work must be done here in the land of make believe. So you all have a wonderful 4th of July and keep your fingers and toes safe today

Yeah. It won't sell at that price. Not in this area. Not with no high dollar timber on it. At least none that is ready to be harvested. It's a younger part of the forest. And has been logged just 5 years ago.
 
Yeah....I have a cabin that I have been storing stuff in for 20 years. I am gutting it to redo and maybe move in because my nephew wants to buy my place. Part of the price is to allow me live in the cabin.
