oh i know. I made the mistake of pursuing more money once, granted not this much more, but it screwed me 90 days later when the company CFO embezzled all the money and the company had to lay off the entire work force for 9 months.

so this time, I'll be doing my homework extensively.

I'd probably do it. It'd amount to about 60 hrs/week including the commute.. The money might make it ok.. and 3 day weekends twice a month. You can work in some quality family time. IF it's all as they say it is!!!

the key word being the IF ..... i was doing the math, gas at 3.50 a gallon(its only 2.04 right now) would be an additional 300 a month. not terrible.

I'd worry more about the time spent driving than the money, easy to make it cheaper if that becomes an issue. But if it was 80 miles in traffic vs 80 miles of highway... Out here 80 miles is about an hour drive..
