Hey bartender!
If the stud is spinning in there now, is the rotor shot?

Hard to say, you'll find out! Not meant to be smart a$$ comment. If the stud is spinning in there now, is the rotor shot?
You won't know until you get it apart. Either the stud has stripped or the hub has (or both). If the stud is spinning in there now, is the rotor shot?
Sure, even computers need a little light reading once in a while. If computers can be programmed to read our thoughts, do you think they'd bother?
Yep. Maybe I'll get to it tomorrow. I was kinda pissed when i tried to get em off and they all spun.. all of them. Makes me wonder what's up. Not the end of the world, just a pisser.. on a lighter note, the rear axles look amazingly new (ish).Hard to say, you'll find out! Not meant to be smart a$$ comment.
I'm thinking a couple brad nails and some JB Weld and I'm back in business! You won't know until you get it apart. Either the stud has stripped or the hub has (or both).

Just thinkin that... to remove the stud, you need to cut the swage on the wheel side. (Special cutter or 5/8 hole saw.) Not sure if anything but splines holds new. Maybe tack weld? Regardless, with that many spinning, they would be headed for my scrap pile. LolIf the stud is spinning in there now, is the rotor shot?
We'll see what i come up with. Rani got me a pic of a vinyl topped sunroof Sport. I'm thinking this is kinda my goal.Cool, I'm looking forward to your commentary on this project.
In the words of Neil Peart, if you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice..Is no comment to that a comment in itself?
Oh, I like that! We'll see what i come up with. Rani got me a pic of a vinyl topped sunroof Sport. I'm thinking this is kinda my goal.View attachment 1714959671

Damn I'm hungry now. I'd kill 3 democrats for cheesburger...
I figure the vinyl could help hide some sunroof imperfections.. and it kinda matches my Barracuda. .. might be a new 'fleet theme'..Oh, I like that!
I probably will... i just hope there's someone with enough patience to follow along at my pace...I really would like to encourage you to start a build thread on this car.
