Have you considered buffing compound? there are two coarse levels, coarse and fine...

First buff with coarse, then fine, then liquid ebony, clean and wax... It will bring the shine right out... :D

But be careful not to buff too deep into the paint and hit primer.... :BangHead:

Yes I am thinking about using buffing compound. I've been asking around for someone who is good at doing it by machine. What about the little rust spots?

I'm not sure about those... I think you need to knock the rust down and then touch it up...

Or my one body guy likes that POR-15. He claims that it is good to really slow down the rust. Try to get it in a color close to yours...

Just came up with a real cool idea to mess with my coworker......

Gonna plug a wireless mouse into the back of his computer....then hide the mouse and make sudden movements thru out the day haha

HAHA

this should be part of a dating test.

weld like crap and go back home to your mommy, buddy

Just kidding

they are actually two different types of welding which is beside the point ....the right ...obviously Tig and the left looks Mig

either way point is the same because a good welder can make a mig weld into art.

Like most skills, the difference between just OK and really good is all in the quality of the details...

So if they are good at welding, do they get to go to second base???? :)
I don't know what second base means but means we might go for a coffee and chat to talk about more forms of welding and more welding techniques and what would be cool welding projects

We've been in the garage working on the 318 for the oldest kid's 72 Challenger.

We have the cam in and it's in the position that we want it, we are good with P-V clearance: Int = .098", Exh = .188"

Compression = 8.33

Now to clean up the casting flash on the heads and get the front ready for the timing chain cover...

According to the dyno prediction it should make 380 ft *lb of torque at 3500 and 335 HP at 5500...

I think a cool art project would be to weld different sizes of bolts together to make something.

I am thinking something Mopar, something mechanical .........Ideas anyone??

Second base = feel the boobs.... :D

I have never watched that TV series but my parents watch it all the time and they laugh so much. Maybe I am missing out because that seems funny.

Welded art is cool stuff. I have friends that do it and they make some amazing things.

Here are some things to give you some ideas...

The tall guy is a genius. He doesn't relate well to human feelings, but has a girlfriend that understands his "limitations" and keeps trying to make the relationship physical...

You would enjoy the show if you get into the story line...

Most of the characters in the show have PhD's and one guy has a masters in engineering. The PhD's are always looking down on him and teasing him because he's not one of them. However the engineer has more things in real life than the PhD's as their research is just theoretical...

Here, this will catch you up on them:
