I quickly learned to order 'em over medium - I was there (Naples, Florida) for about a month - it got to a point where I was getting "the usual Mike?" - great place.Scrambled is.... Scrambled...No matter Where ya go......

Probably. Haven't been to the shop to check lol. I'm assuming so since I was told I had a stack of boxes and packagesRegrettable posts!

DOH!!!How many from yourself? Oh I get it mail a lot of boxes to yourself so you look popular?
To me 'over easy is cook the white completely but the yoke is runny. AKA 'dippy eggs'I will never forget the first time I order eggs over easy down south - OMG they were nasty!! I didn't know that over easy means something different down there than it does here - Mikey learned REAL quick
When we were at my sister in laws in Fla she said she had to ask for her scrambled to be 'rubber eggs' or they served them runny/half cooked.Scrambled is.... Scrambled...No matter Where ya go......
egg-zactly - down in Fla. they leave the white very loose if you say over easy... *gack*!To me 'over easy is cook the white completely but the yoke is runny. AKA 'dippy eggs'
that the dam truth, over easy you better like gelatin.egg-zactly - down in Fla. they leave the white very loose if you say over easy... *gack*!
Actually it's amazing how bad some people screw them up. But it only takes a minute to make another one. I worked a diner right after high school. If they broke the yoke it did not get served! I mean for what the customer paid you could kill a dozen eggs...Can't say that for every egg I ordered. Some places apparently don't care.It is hard to mess up a egg.....usually............
stick an unscrambled egg in the nuke for 2 minutes - - - - if you like explosions and cleaning egg schmeg out of microwavesIt is hard to mess up a egg.....usually............
