I did change the routing of the NSS in the engine comp, not under the dash. I would just like to get rid of it for space but if it is that much of a pia to bypass everything screw it.
I wish I had the correct drawing for mine. That would be exactly what you need to do to remove it- which is exactly what they did.
 
I pulled all that from the seats and belts. The box to reset under the hood also. Just left all the wires out of the new harness when I made it. Totally did not think of a control unit while doing it. This thing is missing half its cover also. I will mess with it later today.

just glanced at ebag. I see one cheep 75 chassis manual. Has writing on cover. I don't mind a few notes written in, but could be annoying if someone scribbled all through it. Looks like they started doing one chassis manual for Dodge and Ply in 75, but still did a separate Body manual.

Step 1: pick up tire
Step 2: place tire in truck bed or trunk
Step 3: drive to tire store
Step 4: instruct tire store to remove tire
Step 5: hand guy at the counter 20 bucks
Step 6: load tires and rims
Step 7: drive home
Step 8: have a beer
 
They make hand tools for that job... however... breaking the bead is the key..and the hardest by hand...After that , its not too bad with the correct tire "Spoons"... My Son does Motorcycle tires all the time... But the bead isn't really a concern on them...
 
Fill them to 200 psi. Hit the tire with a sledge, it will come off. Just stand on the rim while doing it so it does not bounce.

20 just to remove it? I guess if you only need one and that gets you ahead of the line...

And you have experience doing this? Definitely sounds like a Hoppy and Ron method. Only question is "Who was holding the beer?"
