yea - that's right about what I have come up with - thanks!They make hand tools for that job... however... breaking the bead is the key..and the hardest by hand...After that , its not too bad with the correct tire "Spoons"... My Son does Motorcycle tires all the time... But the bead isn't really a concern on them...
