Thanks Mikey. Still may be a few before i get to that point tho.. all I've done is clean some of the belly and fab some subframe connectors.. gonna try to get it on the rotisserie next week..

Seal is available, cables and gear unit also. Same sunroof maker did lots of different cars using the same parts.. some VW parts are actually the same..

I here ya on doing all that time consuming manual labor stuff, but sealing the top is what I would consider a potential 'dealbreaker' for getting it done. I would at least verify what you have early on cause it could take a while to find/get it if any parts needed.
