When I was in Dalat, They ordered a Chicken soup appetizer for me. When I got it, It was a bowl, about 5in diam, with the top closed up a little. Kinda like an urn. So I reach in there with my Sticks.. There's a complete Little bird in there. I mean skin and all. I had to eat , cause everyone was watching.. Ya just bite into it and spit out the bones..LOL
