Stop in for a cup of coffee

So running good then.
Pretty much. Way better than it was. changed timing and got rid of most of the vibration. I can get some miles on it now. :steering: Then maybe try to get it fine tuned. I think it shifts a little late. But it does shift.
That meter he just got is pretty slick. I would love to know how it 'kills' individual cylinders???

Tranny may just be gummed up a bit from sitting. Just run it for a few days and see if things loosen up, before you try adjustments.

You could also try manual shifts. See if you notice any difference.
No rush. Just glad I'm finally able to drive it. I might check the kickdown again. That did make a huge difference when I adjusted it a couple weeks ago. I do need to get under there and change the speedo cable seal. Leaves a little spot on the drive every time I run it. Anders sent me a couple quite a while ago.
I've put 46 miles on it since I got it. About half of that was today.

A little more aggressive on the tranny kickdown than the manual states won't hurt anything and will make it a bit sportier. I always adjusted the linkage about 1/2" further than the manual said to on the slanty and it made a big difference (so it kicks down sooner). I always knew I had it right when I could feel it kick back through the gas pedal when it up shifted under heavy throttle.

No honestly I didn't read back and dealing with family drama so I'm in and out more than a hooker at a cheap hotel

So you visit a lot of cheap hotels? And you a married man. In my best Gomer Pyle voice. FOR SHAME! FOR SHAME! FOR SHAME!

Nope. Honestly never have. I have standards
Standards are flags...or a level of quality or attainment. Without a qualifier such as "high", "low", "moral" or something similar, the word has no meaning other than "I have a level"...which you haven't defined what it is.

(you started this being the "spelling" police...:poke:)

LOL!

Hey Chris, they are having a photo contest over on the Charger Forums. One guy posted this and I thought of you...

Often been my feeling that everyone at some point in life reaches their own personal level of incompetence.
Some just reach it sooner then others.

LOL!
