I put the one piece floor mine. It made for a clean job, and less work.

Until I got one with a long brown hair in it....

sorta lost my appetite for them afterwards....

I can't stand Subway - I think their breads are horrible. And if I am going to pay someone to make a grinder for me - I will go the extra to get it from a pizza shop. Growing up - I remember an Italian grinder having bologna on it...
