I like to slice it into about 1/2" thick slices and fry it on both sides - get some good mustard or horseradish and some crackers and chow -- sometimes I melt some really good sharp cheddar onto the slices... yeaaaaaa

my other thing to do with it is to sear it on the grill with 1000 island dressing... MAN is that good!
