so here's an interesting question, anyone know if the converter for a regular 727 works in a pushbutton 727?

No exactly the same they had a stone ground version. Don't think they make it anymore. Funny, I actually searched to.

I like to try specialty mustard's - I am always on the lookout for something different. A few years ago I found this brand -

- I have a collection of them at home.
 
I like to slice it into about 1/2" thick slices and fry it on both sides - get some good mustard or horseradish and some crackers and chow -- sometimes I melt some really good sharp cheddar onto the slices... yeaaaaaa
