Stop in for a cup of coffee

The house is in full drill mode. Everyone chipping in getting the place ready for confirmation dinner tomorrow night. The whole house cleaned, tables moved, chairs brought in from basement and attic, cakes being baked, potato casserole in the oven, bathrooms decontaminated - clothes piles removed in the teenage boy's room even!

For the first time in YEARS I'm looking forward to a family gathering like this, including the preparations. Not much sucks like being depressed. It takes all joy away from life.

Oh, and the weather is going to be awesome tomorrow!
 
Hello all, back from running around. need to start the heater in the garage, only 35 here. then see if I can get something done.
 
Put new plates on 69 this morning looks great IMO.

I filled up our compost bin and our yard waste container today with grass clippings.. More rain tonight...

I also played with the car some.. Trying to get the carb adjusted.. Seems like it can never just be simple.

Looks like he really was not sure what to ask. Just laid a number out and let everyone tell him what it's worth. Will be interesting to see more pics. If it is a really nice survivor, he's prob still way over, but perhaps not totally nutz.lol
