Looks like he really was not sure what to ask. Just laid a number out and let everyone tell him what it's worth. Will be interesting to see more pics. If it is a really nice survivor, he's prob still be over, but perhaps not totally nutz.
I sold one of those for 6k about 2002. 383 2bbl car A/T in at LEAST as good as shape...I got the car for $500 from a buddy that bought it for the Grille....

You all missed it.... he claimed it to be a 69 Charger 500......... but yet the back glass and roof is ALL WRONG

I think the guy just got done watching Mecum over the last week and seen some going nuts on there price wise and decided to sell

If you think driving a boat like that with a 2BBL 383 in is bad, drive the 2BBL 318! And I think they could be had with a slanty in it as well.

As said, I don't think he really knows what he has. No doubt has seen the pie in the sky $s and started high till he figures it out.
Nothing wrong with ASKING too much, just need to be willing to come to reality.

Who knew finding someone to go with me to the 500 would be so damn hard

The whole frame, wing frame moves up and down. Has adjuster at bottom that is moving. Something is stripped, either the "bolt" or the door bracket itself, welded to the door.
